This is our B moment. Our moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
Scripture reference: Philippians 4:19 (ESV)
Today, I am thinking about God’s divine solutions.
I have been reading a lot about the Israelites lately, including their journey to the Promised Land. To get there, they had to travel through the wilderness where they encountered a number of problems, such as dealing with the blazing heat during the day and a frequent lack of food and water.
However, we are able to see that God had solutions to all their difficulties. He provided a gigantic cloud to shield them from the sun and gave them manna for food. He even allowed water to flow from the rocks so that their thirst would be sated.
It is clear that God blessed the Israelites with a home that was overflowing with milk and honey, but as the road to get to there was not free from problems, they had to trust that God had divine solutions for their difficulties.
There were a number of Israelites though, that chose to complain about their problems instead of trusting in God. They even said that they would rather return to Egypt and endure the issues there because those were problems that they knew how to solve. They said that there, they wouldn’t have to rely on or wait for God’s divine solutions.
So that prompts a question: What problems are you facing on the way to your destiny? Are you beginning to doubt your destiny now because of those problems? I know that I have been there, too.
Let us be comforted by the words, “And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19 (ESV)
Please share this reflection as others desire to be inspired.
So today, keep striving for your destiny, knowing that God has a solution to all your problems.
