The B Moments Story

B Moments was born out of my own journey of feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Seeking comfort and peace of mind, I started carving out quiet time at my kitchen table—just me, my coffee, and the Word of God. Over time, those moments of being still, being fed by God’s Word, and being grateful for His loving presence became transformative for me. One day, I thought, “What if others could experience this, too?” And that was the beginning of B Moments.

My process for creating content begins with rising early to pray and pour my heart into journaling. These sacred times at my kitchen table feel like having a heartfelt conversation with God. As I journal, I’m comforted by the belief that God takes note of every word, and I feel hopeful when the Holy Spirit often leads me to a scripture that perfectly coincides with what I’ve just written. My content is created from these very journal entries as they tend to be experiences I’m navigating or lessons I feel God is teaching me. I refine each message carefully, always using the scripture I was led to. I revisit and polish it over a day or two until the message feels complete and ready to share.
