When You’re Not Sure What to Believe

By: Suzette | Published on: Feb 18, 2026 | Categories: Choices, Empowerment, Faith, Relationship with God | 0 Comments

Scripture references: Psalm 121:1-2 (ESV)

There are moments when you feel so certain about how something will unfold. Everything seems aligned, the timing feels perfect, and you start making plans because you’re sure you’ve read the situation correctly. But then… it unravels. What you expected doesn’t happen, and suddenly your confidence wobbles. You start wondering what else you might be wrong about, and your thoughts begin to spiral.

If that’s where you find yourself today, take a breath. And even if you’re not in that place at all, Lent still offers a sacred invitation: to lift your eyes from whatever distracts, disappoints, or confuses you, and turn them toward Christ. No matter the season you’re in, all roads lead back to Him — the One who guides, steadies, and lovingly reorients your gaze.

As you reflect on that, remember these words — “I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made the heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1-2 (ESV)

This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
