Before God Expands Your Territory

Before God entrusts us with greater territory, He often looks for faithfulness in the small things. Often, we long for our gifts to reach the masses, yet God is more concerned with impact than with numbers. Years ago, I poured my heart into a B Moment that I thought would bless many, only to see very little engagement. Days later, a single email reminded me that God had used that message to speak directly into one woman’s life.

That moment reshaped my understanding: God measures faithfulness, not reach. Just as the Master commended His servant in the parable of the talents – “You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much.” (Matt. 25:23) God delights in those who remain steadfast. Be faithful with the little, and trust Him to expand your territory in His perfect time.

As you reflect on that, remember these words — “Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life…” James 1:12 (ESV)
