Scripture references: Colossians 1:11 NLT
I used to be a Point A to Point B kind of girl. No scenic route needed—no detours, no delays. Just get me there in the shortest time possible.
But God rarely travels in straight lines. He teaches you with His roundabout routes.
Isaiah 40:29 reminds us: “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.” That strength isn’t forged in the fast lane—it’s cultivated on the winding road.
God’s roundabout way is where transformation happens – it builds faith, it reveals what’s possible, it strengthens what’s weak, and it teaches us to trust His Word and His timing.
His scenic route reveals hidden parts of ourselves – our doubts, our capacity to trust, and our resilience. You’ll feel stretched and slowed. But every curve is intentional. Every delay is divine.
So today, don’t resist the route. Embrace it. God’s way may be roundabout, but it’s always right.
As you think about that, remember these words: “being strengthened with all power…for all endurance and patience with joy…” Colossians 1:11 NLT
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
