Scripture reference: Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)
God doesn’t just meet our needs—He goes ahead of us, preparing the way.
When Elijah followed God’s direction to the Kerith Brook, he didn’t question the drought or the dryness. He trusted that provision would meet him there. And it did—ravens brought him food morning and night. Even when the brook dried up, Elijah didn’t panic. He kept moving forward, knowing that God’s care wasn’t confined to one place.
Meanwhile, the widow Elijah encountered feared she had nothing left. But God was already working through her to provide a miracle she didn’t see coming.
Here’s the truth you need always to keep top of mind: God’s provision isn’t reactive—it’s proactive. You don’t have to plead for your provision. You can expect it.
As you reflect on that, remember these words: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!… I am making a way in the wilderness…” Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV)
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
