Thinking You’ve Crossed A Line

Scripture references: Psalm 86:15 (NIV)

You may think God is disappointed in you. Maybe you’ve made a choice, taken a risk, or reached for something sacred—and now you wonder if you crossed a line.

The woman who had been bleeding for twelve years believed that if she could only touch Jesus’ garment, she would be healed. Although when Jesus asked who touched Him, she stepped forward trembling (Mark 5:33), fearing she had crossed a line.

She feared His rebuke, and, instead, His response was the exact opposite:  He called her “Daughter.” That word changed everything.

She expected shame. He gave her belonging. She feared punishment. He gave her peace.

If you’re carrying guilt today, remember this: God’s love runs deeper than your fear. He sees your faith—even when it’s trembling—and He calls you close. You are not a disappointment to Him. You are His.

As you reflect on that, remember these words: “But you, Lord, are… slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” Psalm 86:15 (NIV)

This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
