Scripture reference: Isaiah 60:22 (ESV)
We often pour ourselves into tasks that promise progress—meetings, goals, endless to-dos—hoping they’ll move the needle in our lives. But when the results fall short, we’re left wondering why.
Jesus modeled a different rhythm.
Before the crowds, before the miracles, He withdrew. He rose early, stepped into the quiet, and met with His Father. That unhurried time wasn’t a luxury—it was His lifeline.
If Jesus, who carried divine authority, needed stillness to sustain His calling, how much more do we?
Your strength, clarity, and peace aren’t found in hustle. They’re found in the hush. In the sacred pause. In the moments when you choose presence over performance.
Let today be the day you return to the quiet. Not to check a box—but to be renewed.
As you reflect on that, remember these words: “And rising very early in the morning while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.” Mark 1:35
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
