This is your B moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.

Today I want you to know how to handle your poor connection.
There are times you can feel really connected to God. I must confess this feels odd to say because we know that wherever we are, God is. Yet in this instance, humor me.
Let’s say you seek an answer and are given one. Or, your steps were ordered in a specific direction, and you knew it was God and only God who led you. Conversely, there are those times when you don’t feel so connected and you don’t have a lot of clarity.
Recently, this was my experience. My communication with God seemed unclear. It was the equivalent of a bad phone connection—the ones that fade in and out and you don’t have a coherent sense of what’s being said.
In the natural world, I would end the call, move to another spot, and call the other person back. In fact, I would call back with a high degree of certainty that I would have a better connection.
Sometimes you have to do the same with God. Change your setting, and move to a quieter place—a place where it’s just you and Him and the outside world is tuned out.
Try Him again now! I assure you, you will hear much more than you were expecting. I simply changed my setting to one that allowed me to draw closer to Him, and I got a very comforting earful.
Is your connection poor today? If so, remember these words: “Call to me, and I will answer you—I will tell you great and hidden things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3 (TLV)
