Exhale, Remember, Believe

Scripture references: Mark 11:23 (NLT)

Today, I picture myself simply exhaling in God’s arms — letting the weight I’ve been carrying fall into His strength and remembering what He has already spoken over my life.

Because sometimes, even after all the praying, fasting, meditating, and journaling, our hearts can still be gripped with doubt. We get so focused on what we see in front of us that we forget the promises that are holding us together. The Israelites did the same. Faced with daunting circumstances, fear made them question what God had already confirmed.

So the next time doubt creeps in, pause. Breathe. Imagine yourself resting in His arms, letting His faithfulness steady you again. His promises have not expired. His Word isn’t any less potent.

As you reflect on that, remember this: “All that’s required is that you really believe and do not doubt in your heart.”  Mark 11:23 (NLT)

This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.

So today, exhale in His arms.
