During this Lent Season, you might find yourself navigating moments of spiritual pruning—times when God removes habits or dependencies that no longer serve your divine purpose. It’s easy to feel discomfort or confusion during this process, but take heart: you are deeply cherished by God, and He is investing in your growth.
No gardener wastes effort on flowers without promise. Likewise, God’s pruning reflects His vision for the fruitfulness that lies ahead in your life. When He leads you through seasons of “daily bread,” where He meets only your essential needs, or when revelations come piece by piece…when you want more but He doesn’t give you more, trust that He is preparing you for something greater.
As you embrace your divine path, celebrate the resilience born from your trials.
As you reflect on that, remember these words: “Count it all joy…when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness.” James 1:2-3
