This is your B moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.

Today I want you to know the key to thriving in 2021.
Over the years, my desire to study God’s word has been all over the place. Growing up, there were always Bibles around my house, but I never picked up one to read. Once I married and became a working mom, I reasoned I didn’t have the time to study the Bible. Nearly ten years ago, I reached a turning point in my life and sincerely began studying God’s word.
Here’s what I’ve learned: Most of my life I’ve associated success with money, possessions, titles, and credentials. However, all of this is temporary and can be lost at any time; 2020 was proof of that. True success comes when you learn how to connect to what is everlasting.
There is no higher measure of success than when you can dwell in the presence of God and feel Him comforting you, guiding you, teaching you, and revealing to you how He wants to use you. It’s in these moments you know it’s Him and only Him.
Personally, I’ve had all these experiences when I am studying His word. When you can see success in this light, two things are possible. First, you’re not only in a better position to achieve earthly success, but you will know how to hold onto it. Second, your earthly success will never become more valuable to you than the true success you experience with your Heavenly Father.
