This is your B moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
Scripture reference: Psalms 119:1 (MSG)

Today I am reflecting on one of my late grandmother’s teachings: God will not lead you where He will not feed you.
Lately we’ve been talking a lot about staying the course and keeping the faith. One thing that I’ve realized about taking a leap of faith is that it is a continual choice that you will make. There will be off ramps where you can choose to turn back; there will be times when you are presented with the choice, to stay or not stay the course.
Recently I talked about the early believers. I think they are perfect examples of those who continuously chose to make critical leaps of faith. Believers at that time were frequently persecuted. Imagine it. With each dose of bad news or loss of a loved one the early believers had to choose to stay the course, over and over and over again.
If there’s one thing that should inspire you to stay the course, it is the solid belief that you are on the path that God has chosen for you. In other words you’re not playing it safe by sitting on the side lines. It is that mindset that reminds me of my grandmother’s mantra: “God will never lead you where He will not feed you.”
Do you find yourself on the fence today? Are you torn about the right path for you? If so, remember these words: “You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God.” Psalms 119:1 (MSG)
