This is your B moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.

Today I am reminding you that God is at work within you.
In our latest series “Hold Up, Don’t Fold Up,” we’ve been talking about increasing our spiritual fortitude, which isn’t always easy. Sometimes, when we’re really working to improve something, but we aren’t seeing the results we want to see, we can feel weak and incapable and take on a defeated mindset.
Lately, we’ve been doing a lot of talk about how God is at work in the grander scheme of things. Now, I want to bring that to a personal level and talk about how God is at work within you and me.
I am reminded of the time I read about one of those quirky holidays called “Evaluate Your Life Day.” When I read that, I paused.
Sometimes, I am not in the mood to evaluate my life. Every time I evaluate my life, I always uncover a place where I need to make a change, and sometimes that change can feel daunting. Yet what we lose sight of is that when we decide to change, God is already at work within us.
Paul confessed in 2 Corinthians, “Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time, He said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”
Now, I am glad to post about my weaknesses because when I am weak, then I am strong. As you think about that, remember these words: “Now all glory to God, who is able. through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians 3:20 (NLT)
