Scripture references: Jeremiah 31:33 (ESV)
In 2 Corinthians 3:3, Paul reminds us that we are “a letter from Christ… written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God.” Under the old covenant, God’s law was carved into stone. Under the new covenant, His truth is written directly on our hearts.
To live as a letter from Christ is to let His character shape the way we move through the world. We do this by embracing humility, allowing Christ to become greater in us. We do it by showing compassion, clothing ourselves with kindness and gentleness as we spend time in His presence. And we do it by living the Word — not just hearing it, but letting it guide our daily choices.
When we walk in these ways, our lives quietly testify to who Jesus is.
As you reflect on that, remember these words: “…I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts…” Jeremiah 31:33 (ESV)
