Scripture reference: Psalm 28:7 (ESV)
Transcription:
Are you guilty of partially surrendering your situation to God? If so, today, I encourage you to surrender it all to Him—you’ll be all the better for it!
This is precisely what the Israelites did when they observed the Sabbath of the seventh year by not farming their land. They literally walked by their land daily for an entire year and resisted the urge to farm it, putting all their faith in God to provide for them.
Here’s what’s significant: Farming their land was how the Israelites ate each day and provided for their families.
Here’s the good news – God allowed the Israelites’ land to produce two to three times more in that seventh year than in any other year when they were actually farming their land.
What situation have you partially turned over to God but now need to fully surrender it to Him?
As you think about that, remember these words: “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him, my heart trusts, and I am helped.” Psalm 28:7 (ESV)
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
