Scripture reference: Luke 6:38

Have you ever held back from giving because you felt your contribution wasn’t enough? I’ve been there—times when I didn’t have the time or money to give as I wished, so I refrained altogether. But now, I see giving differently. God doesn’t measure our gifts by society’s standards.
In Mark 12:41-44, Jesus highlights the widow’s offering. While many rich people gave large sums from their abundance, a poor widow gave two small coins—worth just a fraction of one cent. Jesus deemed her gift greater because she gave from her heart and means, while the wealthy gave from their surplus.
God sees the heart behind our giving. Remember that your small gift matters immensely to God when you feel you can’t give much. Give from your heart, and know that God values and blesses every sincere offering, no matter the size.
As you reflect on that, remember these words: “…give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together running over…” Luke 6:38
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
