This is your B moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.

Today I want you to know that some things aren’t meant to happen until the right season.
We’re wrapping up our series on preparing for your season, and sometimes when God doesn’t deliver when you expect Him to, you can immediately think that it was something you did or didn’t do. Yet you should always remember that God has His own time, and it is precise. Said another way, some things just aren’t meant to happen until it’s the right season for them to happen.
A few years ago, I was talking with one of my girlfriends about how I felt like I was in a new season, and I just knew that a new door was about to open for me. So, I was completely thrown off when this new door remained firmly closed.
This incident reminded me of the time when Jesus was in the temple and the Jewish leaders attempted to arrest him but couldn’t. In fact, on this day, Jesus was in the treasury section of the temple, so if there was ever a reason or time to arrest him, it would have been then.
Yet these Jewish leaders couldn’t bring themselves to arrest Jesus. You may be thinking, “Why?” It was because that was not the season for Jesus’ arrest. He had so much more of his earthly assignment to fulfill before God would allow his arrest.
So today, be encouraged when it feels like God isn’t answering you. He’s actually creating the perfect time and season to answer your prayers. As you think about that, remember these words: “At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” Isaiah 60:22 (NLT)
