Great message – it’s so easy to get caught up in the never ending thoughts about the things I have to do in association with the roles I play in life … love the reminder to be quiet. Took that message on my walk, and as the chatter began in my head – remembered to be silent in my head and listen to all the ways God was speaking to me through nature … the soft breeze on my face, the varied sounds of chirping birds, and the rustle of leaves being tousled by the wind. How beautiful life is when we stop the internal chatter! Be still … Be still … Be still!
