Scripture reference: John 15:7
Transcription:
Have you ever found that a Bible verse speaks to you differently at different times in your life? This happened to me with Psalm 37:4: “Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
Initially, I interpreted this verse to mean that if I acknowledged God, He would grant me everything I wanted. But through my journey with Him, I’ve learned there’s a deeper meaning.
My current focus is on the word “delight.” Early in my spiritual journey, I focused more on my desires than on being a light for others. Over time, I’ve come to truly delight in knowing and serving God, finding Him in prayer, worship, and studying His Word.
In these divine moments, our hearts are transformed, and His desires become our own.
As you think about that, hold onto these words: “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” John 15:7
This has been your B Moment. Your moment to be still…to be fed by the Word of God…to be grateful.
